We are Edoardo and Gaia, and we created this project to share the kind of Italian cooking we grew up with: simple, hands on, and meant to be enjoyed together.

Our background is not about running a restaurant or cooking for an audience. What we care about is the experience of cooking with people, explaining techniques, passing on small details, and helping others feel comfortable in the kitchen. The Masterclasses are built around this idea. We don’t cook for you, we cook with you.

We work directly in people’s homes because we believe that learning happens best in a familiar space. There is no set script or fixed menu. Every class is shaped around the people at the table, their curiosity, and their level of experience. Some want to learn the basics of fresh pasta, others are curious about more advanced shapes or sauces. Both are possible.

Over time, these classes have become moments of sharing rather than formal lessons. People ask questions, make mistakes, taste, adjust, and laugh. That atmosphere is intentional. Italian cooking, for us, is not about perfection but about understanding ingredients, gestures, and timing.

When it makes sense, we also collaborate with local producers and partners to create group experiences, always keeping the same approach: practical, relaxed, and focused on real cooking.

This project exists because we enjoy teaching, hosting, and creating spaces where food brings people together. That is what we aim to offer every time we step into a kitchen.
